ReplyDeleteI was recently given some dried leaves which are used as a flavouring agent in certain tribal cuisine (unfortunately I don't know which Naga tribe exactly). I was told that it is called "Nietsü". I intend to use it when I cook Pork with Bamboo shoots. Would you have any knowledge of this particular plant, its botanical aspects, and its use in Naga cuisine. I would be very grateful for any information that you can share.
